Over 90% of new products introduced into the marketplace fail, often due to lack of understanding of end consumers and their needs. This course provides designers, engineers and business students with tools and techniques to see the world in new ways, to explore and understand people’s needs and to translate those needs into implications for new products, services and businesses.
